Mohinder Singh Rai, 83, of Live Oak, passed July 25, 2021. Born in Punjab India, he was a Sutter County Resident for 42 years. He was a loving father, grandfather, uncle and brother. He is survived by his son, Charanjit (Tajinder) Rai; daughters, Kamaljit (Avjit) Dhillon, and Inderjit (Manjit) Deol; four grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents; and loving wife, Nachhtar K. Rai. A funeral and prayer service is scheduled at 11am, Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Ullrey Memorial Chapel in Yuba City. Final prayers and lunch will follow at Live Oak Gurdwara Sahib.
