Larry and Carol, captivated by one another, soon fell in love and three months later they were married on November 17, 1951, in Sultana, CA. They shared over 72 years of faithful love and devotion. They had two children, in 1953 a daughter, Sheila L. Ivey and in 1956 a daughter, Candis L. Ivey. Larry, an ambassador for Christ, lived his daily life passionately loving his family, showing kindness and grace by serving others, delivering encouraging sermons of hope, using his guitar playing abilities and beautiful voice in singing, recording four Christian music albums.
